This ultra-premium pisco, called "Alto del Carmen Cumbre," is a blend of three distillation processes: a single distillation that imparts character, a double distillation that lends elegance, and a triple distillation that ensures purity. It is produced with grapes from the highlands of the Huasco Valley.
