Sparkling Angel, the sparkling wine from Viña Montes, is made using the traditional method, or "Méthode Champenoise." It originates in Zapallar, just 7 km from the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, it's an angel in bubbles.

Nose

White flowers and fresh fruit, aromas of bread crumbs and soft toasted nuts, hazelnuts and walnuts.

Mouth

Balanced and with good acidity, with a sparkling and fine foam, creamy and silky on the mid-palate and with a fresh and persistent fruity aftertaste.

Perfect for a ceviche with tiger's milk, nuts, or a dessert full of forest fruits, or simply a box of your favorite chocolates.
