Deep and intense dark carmine color. The nose is very complex and expressive, rosebuds and petals, with notes of caramel and licorice, blond tobacco and a finish of honey and resin.

Preparation . Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days at 10°C with treading once a day.
Fermentation then begins by heating the must to 18°C. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks with 3 to 4 pump-overs daily and a racking at the optimal moment of fermentation.
Post-fermentation maceration: 5-7 days with 1 pump-over per day.
Aged in French oak barrels: 80% new, 20% second use for 14 months after malolactic fermentation.
The wine has not been filtered.
