Casa Boher Extra Brut

Tasting notes

70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. It has a pale yellow color with salmon hues, a persistent mousse, and very small, delicate bubbles. On the nose, it offers aromas of toast, peaches, citrus, apple, pineapple, coconut, and plums. Good acidity. Full-bodied on the palate, with plenty of volume. The flavors are consistent with what the nose promises. Peaches, citrus fruits, tropical fruits, plums and cherries are repeated.

Cask

Traditional or champenoise method, respecting a minimum time on lees of 18 months.

Poultry, cheeses and seafood.
